Previous experience in a professional office would be well-regarded as would exposure to the finance or accounting sectors.
Duties will include:
- Being the welcoming voice and smiling face of the company, directing callers to the right person and welcoming office visitors
- Filing, word processing, data entry and preparing spreadsheets and documents for senior staff
- Managing client files and overseeing all mail and correspondence
- Scanning and compilation of financial documents and lodging them when necessary
- Diary management assistance for senior staff
- Preparation of invoices and client liaison
- Manage and monitor stationery supplies
- Assisting PA’s and senior staff in a range of daily admin tasks as they arise

Our client is offering the successful applicant:
- $60 – 70,000 plus super (pro-rata for part-time)
