Due to an internal promotion, a new role in the administration department has become available for a permanent, full-time office administrator with at least 12 months of experience in an office setting. This role will be responsible for many of the daily fundamental duties but will also give the successful candidate an opportunity to learn about project administration, marketing and a whole range of useful skills upon which to build their administration career. Training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed.
Main Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Administrative tasks supporting Sales and Marketing, Project Managers, the Technical Department, and Management
- Accurate Data entry into their CRM. Training would be provided
- General Administration including word processing, phones, data entry, reception, filing, email responses, calendar management, liaison with clients and suppliers etc
To be considered for this role, you would be able to demonstrate:
- You have at least 12 months experience in an office environment
- Solid computing skills with MS Office and general computer knowledge
- Accurate data entry and excellent spelling and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
- You have lots of common sense, you are organised and show initiative
- You are keen to learn, ask questions and develop your skills for a long-term administrative career
