You will work as part of a large and supportive Property Management team with support in Trust Accounting, Administration and from Leasing and Sales staff. Any required training will be provided but our client is seeking a Senior Residential Property Manager who can hit the ground running and handle all facets of Property Management in a professional and efficient manner.

Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate the following attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar role and used to working as part of a Property Management team
• A current Property Management Registration
• A sound understanding of the current Residential Tenancies Act
• A current driver’s licence
• Proficiency with PropertyTree or similar software
• Superior communication and organisational skills
• Exceptional Customer Service and a professional approach to your work

Our client is offering excellent conditions of employment including the following:

• A salary of up to $90,000 plus super, depending on skills and experience
