Well, consider this : Typically, when companies need a new staff member, the first and only thing they do is advertise on a job-board or social media platform. This will deliver a response, but only from the 10% of people who are actively looking for a new role. If you really want to mine for the best talent, you need to dig a lot deeper.

70% of our successful placements are Candidates who never actually applied for the role.
